Beschreibung der Unterkunft

Schönes Ferienhaus auf den grünen Hügeln des Chaintis, in ruhiger Panorama- Lage mit wunderschönem Blick auf die umliegenden Weinberge und Olivenhaine.Das Landgut wurde sorgfältig renoviert ,wobei die originelle Architekturmerkmale und der ursprüngliche Reiz bewahrt wurden, und es wurde mit allen Komforts ausgestattet.
Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und mit antiken Möbeln und Teppichen eingerichtet. Die Hausbesitzer wohnen in dem an der Villa angrenzenden Heuschober (mit unhabhängigem Eingang), aber sie benutzen nicht das Schwimmbad.
Entfernungen: das Zentrum von Montespertoli mit allerlei Geschäften 3 km, Florenz 30 km, San Gimignano mit den berühmten mittelalterichen Türmen 25 km.
Zur Verfügung der Gäste: grosser, privater und ausgestatteter Garten mit Gartenmöbeln, privates Schwimmbad in Panorama- Lage (12 x 6 m – max. Tiefe 1,4 m – geöffnet vom 01/05 bis 30/09) mit Bad mit Dusche (warmes Wasser), Barbecue. Internet Wireless Verbindung (ADSL). Parkplatz auf dem Gelände.
Auf Anfrage Haushaltshilfe verfügbar (€ 12,- / pro Stunde – vor Ort zu zahlen).
Kinderbett euro 30,-/pro Woche. Das Haus ist mit Mückennetzen ausgestattet. Im Haus ist rauchen verboten.

Erdgeschoss: grosses und lichtdurchflutetes Wohnzimmer (TV-sat., DVD, CD mit grosser Auswahl an klassischen CD) mit Gewölbedecke, antikem Backsteinboden(Cotto), Kamin und Klavier, Bad mit Dusche, schöne und grosse Küche (45 m2) sehr gut ausgestattet (Ofen, 2 Gefrierschränke, Brotröster, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine) mit Speisezimmer (Tisch für 10 Personen), 2 Doppelzimmer (eines mit Klimaanlage), Bad mit Dusche, Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen.
1.Stock: grosses geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer (TV-sat., DVD, CD) mit Kamin, Doppelzimmer mit Bad mit Dusche, Zweibettzimmer (Klimaanlage, die Betten können zusammengesetzt werden), Zweibettzimmer (die Betten können zusammengesetzt werden), Bad mit Dusche, Küche (Ofen, Spülmaschine, Gefrierschrank) mit Speisezimmer.

Etwas abseits gelegen, dadurch herrlich ruhig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und gibt gute Restauranttips. Bettwäsche war inbegriffen. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The Villa is absolutely beautiful with stunning views in every direction. It is the perfect location for visiting the Tuscan towns and only 20 min from Florence.
Ida was a wonderful host with helpful advice of restaurants and sights.

Outstanding location, set among tranquil olive groves with views across the Tuscan hills, and within easy striking distance of Florence, Sienna and Pisa. The owners grow figs, grapes, plums, lemons and delicious tomatoes, and make their own olive oil. Signora has a perfectionist's eye for detail, as shown in the spacious house, which is furnished with antiques. The house and pool are kept spotlessly clean, and she offers much helpful advice about local attractions and facilities, including a great tip about parking in Florence. The nearby town of Montespertoli has all the shops you need, plus restaurants, bars and a wine shop (opposite the supermarket) where you can get your bottles refilled from a huge vat. We bought amazingly fresh and tasty seasonal produce from the green market (Tuesday) and the Farmer's market (Saturday).

This villa is wonderful. It is very spacious, extremely clean, and contains all of the necessities for a very comfortable stay. The grounds surrounding the villa are also immaculate and the views are spectacular. It is conveniently located close to Florence and many other popular sites such as Pisa. The town in which it is located is small but contains restaurants and a grocery store (less than 10 minutes away by car).

The property owner's residence is attached to the villa. Although she is quite concerned about her villa (at times overly so) she is also very helpful and a good resource.

The only real drawback is that those with very small children must take caution when on this property as there is dangerously steep hill immediately behind the villa which is unguarded. It somewhat affected our ability to enjoy the grounds but did not affect our enjoyment of the villa overall.

This villa is a great find. We very much enjoyed our stay and would go back if the opportunity arose.

The villa is really beautiful and spacious, surrounded by vineyards. View is spectacular! There were 10 of us but still had plenty of rooms. The owner is very helpful and nice, however very afraid about her property. She asked us to pay attention not to make any stains and spots on the floors and marble sink in the kitchen, but at the same time she could gave us fresh tomatoes from the garden. This place is nice for people who like to rest and read. It’s very quiet and 15 minutes by car to the nearest small town.

Villa San Piero is strategically positioned on top of a hill in the hart of tuscany with a wonderful view and a great private swimming pool. Surrounded by olive groves vineyards and fruit trees with a carefully groomed garden around it. Whats so impressive of the villa is its original design and carefully selected antic furniture in addition to its privacy and care paid by its owners to fine details that made our trip extra special and comfortable. Moreover the owners which are first class and live next door were very kind and helpful in giving there expertise opinion on what to see and where to eat etc... so we felt like locals.
