On the ground floor living area with a large living room with fireplace; a toilet; kitchen with a window overlooking the garden; always from the living room is accessed by stairs on first floorto the sleeping area features three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
From the sleeping area there is a door that leads to an external staircase where you get to the attic with a double bedroom.
Outside there are large veranda and an annex with a kitchen and in the garden an outdoor shower.

Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.
