Das Agriturismo „Bardeggiano" liegt inmitten von Bäumen und sanften Hügeln im Herzen der Toskana und verbindet ländliche Ruhe mit guter Erreichbarkeit der bekannten Ziele der Region. Das zweistöckige Anwesen befindet sich 4 km vom Zentrum von Colle Di Val D'Elsa entfernt und umfasst 5 Häuser und 9 Ferienwohnungen, die jeweils individuell gestaltet und möbliert sind. Das Grundstück erstreckt sich über 12 Hektar und ist vollständig eingezäunt. Das Agriturismo liegt im Dorfbereich und ermöglicht es den Gästen, sich mit dem lokalen Leben verbunden zu fühlen, während sie gleichzeitig in einer abgeschiedenen und ruhigen Umgebung verweilen.
Außenbereiche
Der 12 Hektar große Garten wird vom Eigentümer und einem Gärtner gepflegt und schafft eine üppige und einladende Umgebung rund um das Anwesen. Der Swimmingpool misst 15 x 6 Meter und hat eine Tiefe von 150 cm; er ist vom 13. Mai bis 4. November geöffnet und wird regelmäßig gepflegt. Eine Außendusche befindet sich in der Nähe des Poolbereichs. Den Gästen stehen eine Terrasse und ein Grillbereich zur Verfügung, die ideale Orte für Mahlzeiten im Freien und entspannte Zusammenkünfte bieten. Das gesamte Anwesen wird durch elektrische Tore zugänglich gemacht.

Jedes der 5 Häuser und 9 Ferienwohnungen ist individuell gestaltet und möbliert. Eine Waschmaschine steht zur gemeinsamen Nutzung gegen Gebühr zur Verfügung. Wäsche- und Handtuchwechsel sind gegen Aufpreis erhältlich. Babyausstattung ist im Mietpreis enthalten. Ein Parkplatz vor Ort steht zur Verfügung. Der Eigentümer wohnt auf dem gleichen Grundstück und bietet den Gästen Unterstützung bei Bedarf. WLAN ist auf dem Anwesen verfügbar.
Entfernungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten
Das Zentrum von Colle Di Val D'Elsa liegt 4 km entfernt; die historische ummauerte Stadt Monteriggioni befindet sich etwa 8,5 km vom Anwesen entfernt. Die Stadt Siena, bekannt für ihre mittelalterliche Architektur und die berühmte Piazza del Campo, liegt 26 km entfernt. San Gimignano mit seinen charakteristischen mittelalterlichen Türmen und seinem UNESCO-Welterbestatus ist 20 km entfernt. Florenz, die Wiege der Renaissance und eine der meistbesuchten Kulturstädte Italiens, ist ebenfalls in guter Fahrweite erreichbar, ebenso wie die antike etruskische Stadt Volterra. Here guests are welcomed into six charming units that reflect a rare and authentic form of hospitality: the Albergo diffuso—literally, a ‘scattered hotel’. Developed in Italy, this model revitalizes once-abandoned villages by blending comfort with local tradition in a truly immersive experience- in fact the "borgo" is a shared community between locals that live here permanently, and travelers that was born in the late 1980's.
Our collaboration with this placa was born to promote a network of local chefs, farmers, winemakers, guides, and hospitality professionals — all working together to create meaningful moments that we hope will make your stay one to remember.

Simona, the soul of this place, will welcome you into her world: her home, her kitchen, around her table, or walking through the vegetable garden — the orto. On the plate, a cuisine that arises spontaneously: the garden decides the menu, and we simply follow its lead.
