Beschreibung der Unterkunft

Wunderschöne Häusergruppe mit 6 Apartments die erst kürzlich komfortabel renoviert wurden.Der Besitz befindet sich in ruhiger Panoramalage auf den Hügeln der Toskana. Das Haus aus dem 17. Jahrhundert hat seine Originalität auch nach den letzten Renovierungsarbeiten beibehalten.Jedes Apartment verfügt über Klimaanlage und Satelliten TV.Der Besitz befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Garten mit Schwimmbad .In einer naheliegenden Struktur befindet sich eine Sauna und eine Hydromassagenwanne mit 4 Plätzen. Der ganze Besitz ist von einem 7 Hektar großem Olivenhain umgeben und mit Feldern und Wäldern von wo aus man ein wunderschönes Panorama hat auf das Tal und die Berge vom Pratomagno.
Der Besitz liegt in der Nähe von Interessezentren wie Arezzo, Florenz und Siena und bietet die Möglichkeit sehr gut die mittlere Toskana zu erkunden.
Entfernungen: Loro Ciuffenna mit Geschäften aller Art 4 km, Arezzo 35km, Florenz 55 km, Greve in Chianti und Orte des Chianti Classico in Kreis von 30-50 km, Siena 60 km, San Gimignano 75 km.
Zur Verfügung der Gäste: Großer ausgestatteter Garten, Schwimmbad (13 x 6 m- Tiefe 1,4 m- geöffnet vom 1/05 bis 30/09). Waschküche in Gemeinschaft mit den Gästen der Apartments mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Extraservice: Zwei Kinderbetten sind kostenlos verfügbar. Auf Anfrage ist es Möglich die folgenden Services zu erhalten (vor Ort zu zahlen): Reinigungsservice,Baby-Sitter, Sauna und Hydromassagewanne (4 Plätze) in einer anderen Struktur (25 EUR/Stunde 1 bis 4 Personen).
Auf Anfrage kann man einen Gemeinschaftsraum mieten: der Raum kann bis 30 Personen aufnehmen und besteht aus einer Küche, einem Esszimmer mit Kamin und Bad (Preise auf Anfrage).Internetanschluss: vor Ort zu zahlen

We had a wonderful vacation staying at CasaForte. The property was stunning and the views breathtaking. The apartments are furnished very tastefully and Lucia, the owner, could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The property is located 10 minutes outside Lori Ciuffenna which is a charming little Tuscan town. We have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Very nice apartments, fully equipped with everything you need. Was a bit hesitant as i expected it to be a sort of small centerparcs but this was not the case. I could not discover any con's on this villa

We were blown away by Casaforte, and enjoyed every minute of our time there. We can't quite believe we had the place to ourselves. This place is stunning, and Lucia is an excellent host; she provided so much upon our arrival, including a beautiful bottle of Vapolicella. We have no hesitation recommending Casaforte as a place to stay; you won't regret it! We definitely want to go back some time in the near future.

The villa was absolutely amazing!!! We arrived and happened to have the whole place to ourselves. We spent two weeks in Italy at a variety of different locations and this was the only place where the pictures on the booking site actually matched the property! What you see is what you get and much more. The outfitting of the units is spectacular with great comfy decor and modern upgrades. The grounds are gorgeous and well kept. You'll want to axe any day plans you've prearranged just to sit poolside and relax with the amazing view. Ms. Lucia is in charge (along with her adorable puppy) and takes very good care of you from beginning to end. The closest supermaket is about 10-15 minutes away in town so you can stock up on snacks, wine, whatever. The town Loro Ciuffenna is super cute and also about 10 minutes away. It's easy to walk around and of course there are a few restaurants you can have lunch and/or dinner at. The next major town for great food is Montevarchi about 20-30 minutes away.
We rented a car as this is the easiest way to get around. Driving isn't difficult at all as long as you have a navigation system and the villa is fairly close to the main highway (A1). My husband and I fully plan on staying here again...hopefully in the near future!

Casaforte 1 is a lovely appartment with all the equipment what you need. Rosa, the housekeeper, is perfect. Nothing is too much for her. The swimming pool and the garden is great. we had a perfect holiday.

The building is beautifully restored, yet retains its historical atmosphere, the owner has loaded the interior with modern amentities - top quality appliances, flat screen TVs & AC in every room, good size showers with 'rainmaker' shower heads, etc.
