Villa Stella is a free standing house surrounded by an enchanting view of Montepulciano, Lucignano, Cortona and Arezzo. The private swimming pool is situated in front of the villa in the wide garden which has a barbecue area. The garden is completely private and fenced in.
Distances:
The Villa is only 5 km away from Foiano della Chiana, a lovely small town where you will enjoy the restaurants and will find the shops for everyday grocery. The historic city of Cortona is only 12 km distant.
Nearby there is the possibility to enjoy with golf, horseback riding, tennis.

In both cities you will find a traditional Tuscan open market once a week. The house owner will advice you which day to go.
In this market you can buy vegetable, fruits, cheese, prosciutto, porchetta, wine and even clothe and household items.

At guests' disposal:
The pool area is furnished with umbrellas, chairs and sun loungers. There is also an outdoor dining area.
The private pool is very large 6 per 12 meters, 18 per 36 feet.
The owner provides Mountain Bikes for the guests. Try it out and breath fresh air while cycling trough the surrounding vineyards.

Innenbeschreibung

This free standing Villa (160 square meters) is divided in two floors.

On the ground floor you will find the kitchen and the living room with a fireplace. When you can back from sightseeing, this is the perfect place to relax in front of the open fireplace.
Wood is prepared by the owner. There are in total three bedrooms on the ground floor. Two of them are double rooms and one is a twin bedroom. There are two bathrooms with shower in this floor.
An internal staircase leads to the first floor.
This floor is composed of a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, and it has a lovely terrace with breathtaking views of Tuscany rolling hills, sunflower fields, olive grooves and vineyards.
The house is very well equipped. A laundry room with iron and board, washing machine and dryer.
The kitchen is professionally equipped, it has a dish washer, American coffee maker, large fridge and a four burner stove with oven. You will find also many extras, for example each bedroom has a satellite TV, air condition and Wi-Fi internet access.

It is also possible to have cooking lessons and a Chef who will come in and do a complete Tuscan meal for you! (please reserve in advance) The perfect possibility to taste and smell the gorgeous Tuscan food and wine.
