Villa Paradiso is a splendid villa situated in a strategic and panoramic position with stunning views over the open countryside. The villa has been constructed in two symmetrical wings, slightly curved to follow the longitudinal slope of the land, that are joined by a central loggia dividing the villa between the guest wing and the family wing. The south wing of the villa will be rented. Owners live in the north wing and they guarantee the total privacy to their guests, especially because they spend their summers at the coast.

The villa has a beautiful view over the large park-like gardens and the Aretine countryside with olive trees and vineyards. The numerous paths around the villa invite you to go for walks in the park that is a mixture of nature and art. The proximity of the town of Arezzo makes it very easy to visit shops, markets and whatever else is necessary for your stay at Villa Paradiso … Paradise – a property for a refined and demanding clientele.

PARK: The villa is surrounded by 12 acres of land transformed into a park by Pietro Porcinai (1910-1986), the world famous Florentine landscape designer. The park has been published in numerous specialist magazines thanks to its originality and beauty. The theatre, constructed by Porcinai using only trees and plants, must be mentioned. The large garden in front of the villa is an ideal place in which to organise particular events. Inside the park there is a beautiful swimming pool and a tennis court.

This luxury accommodation has been tastefully furnished with great care by the owner using mostly period pieces and antique furniture. Its impressive marble stairs and floors make this property a unique choice, which is only for those who really appreciate this type of property. The villa is very particular and can be used as a wedding location, as a set of music festivals or as a film location.

There is internet WiFi (free of charge) but it only works in the hall at the entrance. It doesn't work upstairs and in the ground floor away from the hall.

Schwimmbad

SWIMMING POOL: Open from end of April to the end of September, the pool, with Roman steps leading down into the water, measures 6 x 12 m with the depth varying from 1.80 to 3.00 m is set 100 m from the villa; it is well equipped with deckchairs and sun umbrellas.

The special place of this property has to be the open theatre which has been relized by the famous architect Porcinai at the beginning of the 1900.

Innenbeschreibung

INTERIOR: The three-storey house has a regular shape. The living area is on ground floor, from the main entrance one can access to the living room with fireplace. The dining room opens from the living room. The TV room is located on the left of the entrance. A large marble spiral staircase leads to the first floor with four bedrooms (3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room), all with air conditioning, and three bathrooms (2 bathrooms with bath, 1 bathroom with shower) two of which en suite. The bedrooms have access to the external terraces with enchanting view over the landscape and the city of Arezzo. A narrower spiral staircase leads down to the kitchen in the basement and from here to the ironing room/store room: There is also a fourth bathroom and one more twin bedroom. On the same floor a French window leads outside to the car park.
