Beschreibung der Unterkunft

Pagliazzone ist ein Ferienhaus mit privatem und eingezäuntem Garten und liegt in den Hügeln des Val d'Ambra, und liegt in den Hügeln des Val d'Ambra, dominiert von den antiken Ruinen des Schlosses von Cennina und eingetaucht in die Ruhe und Stille der Landschaft. Mit einem kurzen Spaziergang erreichen Sie das charakteristische Dorf Bucine. Wenn Sie Lust haben, den Pool und die Ruhe des Gartens für eine Weile zu verlassen, sind die kleinen und typischen Dörfer des Val d'Ambra und des Chianti leicht und schnell zu erreichen, und Arezzo, Florenz und Siena sind ausgezeichnete Tagesausflüge.
Die Ferienhaus ist von einem großen, komplett eingezäunten Garten mit gepflegtem Rasen umgeben, der von hohen Kiefern beschattet wird und voller Blumen ist, wo Ihre Haustiere frei laufen können. Ein Blick auf die umliegenden Weinberge und Hügel wird Ihre faulen Sommertage begleiten, zusammen mit mehreren Ecken, die zum Entspannen in Ruhe gedacht sind. Sie entscheiden, von wo aus Sie die Aussicht am besten genießen können... ob vom kühlen Wasser Ihres privaten Pool (5x11 m, Tiefe 1,20-1,80 m - geöffnet vom 01. Mai bis 30. September), oder von einem Sessel unter der Pergola, vielleicht vom schattigen, zwischen den Bäumen versteckten Pavillon, oder von einer Sonnenliege am Pool...
Die typisch toskanische Einrichtung mit ihrem rustikalen Charme, begleitet von einer guten Ausstattung, vervollständigt das Ganze.  Das Haus ist besonders für Paare geeignet.
Die Eigentümer wohnen im Haus nebenan und kümmern sich jeden Morgen um das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste und um die Reinigung von Pool und Garten.

Der Restbetrag ist 45 Tage vor Ankunftsdatum fällig.

Bei Last-Minute Buchungen (innerhalb von 45 Tagen vor Ankunft) ist der komplette Mietpreis bei Abschluss der Buchung zu zahlen.

Im Falle einer Stornierung der Buchung, auch wenn sie durch eine andere Buchung ersetzt wird, fallen die folgenden Gebühren an:
- die erste Anzahlung (25% des Gesamtmietpreises), wenn die Stornierung zwischen dem Buchungstag und bis zu 46 Tage vor dem Ankunftsdatum erfolgt;
- 100% des Gesamtmietpreises, wenn die Stornierung innerhalb von 45 Tagen vor Ankunftsdatum erfolgt oder bei Nichtanreise.

Ein wunderschönes Idyll, fernab von jeglichen Tourismus.
Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier definitiv richtig.
Ein großer Garten mit Hängematten, ein privater, sauberer Pool, 2 voll ausgestattete Häuschen. SUPER!
Alles sehr schön und von Ledda und ihrem Team bestens gepflegt.
Wer alte Städte anschauen möchte: Arezzo, Siena und Florenz sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wir waren 2 Wochen hier und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in Villa Pagliazzone l'ultima settimana di agosto.
Villette ordinate e pulite, piscina stupenda, parco infinito e molto curato.
Eccezionale vacanza per famiglie con cani, la proprietà è completamente recintata e sicura.
Favolosa accoglienza di Ledda e Paolo che coccolano con gli ortaggi dell'orto e le uova delle simpaticissime galline che vivono in un piccolo recinto nella proprietà.
Vacanza rilassante e riservata.

Tidy and clean houses, wonderful swimming pool, infinite and well-kept park.
Exceptional holiday for families with dogs, the property is completely fenced and safe.
Fabulous welcome from Ledda and Paolo who gave us the vegetables from the garden and the eggs of the very nice hens who live in a small enclosure on the property.

Die Unterkunft war riesig. Alles wirklich eingezäunt und super gepflegt. Das große Haus beim Pool war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das kleine Haus oben an der Einfahrt war auch in Ordnung nur das Bett lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Pool ist riesig und wirklich tief. Das hat uns gut gefallen. Am Ende wurde uns Geld von der Kaution für Feuerholz und die Klimaanlage abgezogen. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzer war schwierig, da sie nur italienisch sprachen. Eine ÜbersetzerApp hat etwas geholfen. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub mitten in der Toskana.

Très belle priorité bien entrenue, arborée mélangeant des endroits plein soleil et des coins cosi à l’ombre.
Belle et grande piscine entretenue régulièrement cependant nous attirons l’attention des futurs locataires seuls les premiers 80 cms de largeur ont une profondeur de 120 cms tout le reste fait 180 cms de profondeur.
Il faut savoir que les propriétaires sont présents sur le site tous les jours de 6 heures à 9 heures le matin pour l’entretien des extérieurs et de la piscine, naturistes du matin autant savoir.
Nonobstant ce souci les propriétaires sont gentils et à l’écoute du bien être de leurs hôtes.
Les petites maisonnettes sont simples et rustiques mais le nécessaire est présent, la vie se fait principalement à l’extérieur.
Le gros point fort de notre séjour est qu’on a pu apprécier la beauté et le calme de l’endroit, le portail électrique ajoute un sentiment de sécurité et les éclairages extérieurs sont bien pensés.
En résumé nous avons passé un séjour plus qu’agréable et malgré notre étonnement lors de notre arrivée force est de constater que nous partirons enchantés et très agréablement surpris.
Nous donnerons donc une appréciation globale entre 7/10 et 8/10.

abbiamo lasciato stamattina l'abitazione della proprietà Pagliazzone, sita a Bucine, da noi affittata dal 26/6 al 3/7. La presente per segnalarvi che non è stata rispettata da parte dei proprietari l'unica ns. esigenza che ci avevate assicurato esser soddisfatta in fase di prenotazione: l'assoluta privacy. Al ns. arrivo, il primo giorno, gli stessi proprietari ci hanno accolto comunicandoci, con ns. stupore e senza offrirci alternative orarie, che sarebbero passati giornalmente al mattino per svolgere lavori e varie artività all'interno della proprietà per circa 3 ore. Tutti i giorni della ns. permanenza i proprietari si sono quindi introdotti nella proprietà intorno le ore 6.00 del mattino con le loro vetture per effettuare manutenzioni in giardino e nella piscina, ed inoltre in un pollaio con orto annesso che non erano segnalati nell'inserzione, purtroppo svegliandoci sempre in quell'orario. La loro permanenza nella proprietà si prolungava sempre fino alle ore 8.30/9.00 impedendoci di sfruttare pianemente a ns. agio le mattinate. In aggiunta a ciò, in due diverse occasioni si sono piombati all'interno della proprietà senza alcun preavviso telefonico, violando completamente la ns. privacy, e raggiungendoci fisicamente in un'occasione per richiederci a che ora avremmo effettuato il check out il giorno successivo. Il mattino del check out, nonostante lo avessimo concordato preventivamente le ore 10.00, i proprietari si sono presentati alle ore 8.00 e da quell'ora fino alla nostra partenza (ore 10.00) hanno iniziato ad effettuare lavori di pulizia nel giardino della casa affittata e nella piscina, tagliando perfino l'erba con un tagliaerba elettrico proprio appena fuori la finestra della camera da letto, impedendoci di sfruttare le ultime ore del ns soggiorno nell'area esterna. Tali comportamenti invasivi, mai segnalatici in fase di acquisto del soggiorno, hanno danneggiato il ns. soggiorno vacanza non potendoci mai sentire pienamente a ns. agio in virtù del fatto che i proprietari potevano raggiungerci in qualunque istante nella ns. intimità senza preavvisi. Segnaliamo a Voi questo increscioso, inaspettato ed inaccettabile comportamento avendo stipulato il contratto con Voi ed avendo evitato di riportarlo ai proprietari per non incorrere in discussioni con loro al fine di non ritrovarci eventuali ripercussioni da parte loro durante la ns. permanenza.
Aggiungo che per le spese extra pagate direttamente a loro, al check out, dell'ammontare di euro 102,00 non ci è stata rilasciata alcuna ricevuta. Al momento del check in la casa era piena di ragnatele, non esisteva un rotolo di carta igienica, manca zanzariera in bagno, il lavandino del bagno perde acqua, i lettini del giardino sono cotti dal sole e si sono strappati non appena ci siamo seduti. I pali di alta tensione sopra la piscina completano l'opera. Un disgusto totale.

[contro commento da Easy Reserve] Ci dispiace molto che non siate stati bene al PAGALIAZZONE. Siamo onestamente anche rimasti un po'sorpresi della vostra recensione poichè fino ad ora tutti gli ospiti che abbiamo avuto sono sempre rimasti contenti sia della struttura che dei proprietari.

Ciò che più ci dispiace è che nel vostro caso sarebbe bastato contattarci subito e sicuramente, con il nostro intervento, avremmo potuto trovare una soluzione che potesse accontentare tutti.

Nelle nostre condizioni di locazione indichiamo chiaramente che i proprietari hanno accesso alle proprietà per la manutenzione, questo vale anche per le case singole. Tanti proprietari effettuano infatti la manutenzione durante la mattinata presto per non disturbare gli ospiti durante il giorno.
Nelle stesse condizioni di locazione esortiamo i nostri clienti a contattarci in caso di problemi non appena dovessero presentarsi durane il soggiorno e di farlo presente anche ai proprietari. Siamo certi che i proprietari stessi vi sarebbero venuti incontro se solo fossero stati a conoscenza del fatto che la loro presenza a quell'ora non era apprezzata.

Abbiamo preso nota di tutte le altre puntualizzazioni e le gireremo ai proprietari per le dovute verifiche. Per quanto riguarda i cavi dell'alta tensione, si trovano in una posizione e altezza tale (visibile anche nelle foto della struttura) da non creare alcun rischio per gli ospiti che fanno uso della piscina.

Ancora una volta ci teniamo ad esprimere il nostro dispiacere per la situazione che si è venuta a creare e speriamo che se non altro questo possa aiutare futuri ospiti a mettersi in contatto con noi il prima possibile, qualora dovesse presentarsi un problema.

Magnifica settimana trascorsa in un posto incantevole, immersi nel verde.
Il giardino è delizioso, davvero grande e perfettamente curato e ben tenuto.
Svegliarsi, aprire la porta e tuffarsi in piscina con due passi è veramente bello.
Tutto è molto pulito, inclusa la piscina che viene manutenuta e pulita tutti i giorni.
Ledda e Paolo sono due persone fantastiche, simpatiche, gioviali, disponibili e... instancabili!
Per chi ha la fortuna di assaporare la cucina di Ledda poi, la vacanza si arricchisce non di poco.
Le bambine hanno adorato questo posto e i suoi proprietari, e senz'altro ci torneremo.

Nous avions loués ces maisonnettes pour quinze jours début juillet 2018. Le séjour fut très agréable, très reposant. Les photos ne rendent pas exactement compte de la beauté du jardin qui est extrêmement bien entretenu et grand.

Les propriétaires sont disponibles, serviables. Ils aiment créé des liens forts avec leur locataires car ils donnent beaucoup de leur personne pour que chacun passe d'excellentes vacances.

Location à recommander.

Used to high standards 4 to 5 star hotels the two of us (Swiss) decided to rent a house in Tuscany. We immediately felt at ease. Upon our arrival the owners were very welcome and described us the property. Everything is at disposal in the kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom. All very clean and taken care of. At disposal a huge barbecue and wood upon demand without extra payment. Just fabulous. We came beginning of October and the pool was still open and lighten up from 8pm till 2 am. Pool and surroundings of the property are cleaned daily !!!
The property is far enough from the owners who leave you at ease and do not disturb. Bushes and trees separate the two which provides great privacy
You can park your car just next to the house and a gate with remote control secures the entire property.
A place to recommend for a couple or three people who are looking for a wonderful place in a very nice location close to Siena, Arezzo, Firenze, Montelpuciano, Sangimigniano.
Stores five minutes away for groceries and also various outlets for the shopping fans.
To be recommended.

The villa was stunningly beautiful!
It was not only one of the most well kept accomodation we have stayed in, but we got lost on arrival (our bad navigating), and owner even came and picked us up.

The owners went out of their way to accomodate and make our stay the most memoriable and best experience we have ever had, we are so grateful.

very good place to live all the good sides of Tuscany. Quiet and clean. Very friendly owner. Near the historical cities, vineyards. Bucines is very beautiful town with all the services: grocery stores, train, restaurants. Very good place for a true rural Italian experience away from the tourist places. Perfect for a family or a couple of friends.

Heel leuk ingericht huisje met een fijne veranda waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. Mooi onderhouden tuin met ruim zwembad. Wij hadden het leuk gevonden als we met de eigenaar(s) hadden kunnen praten. Dat ging nu niet, omdat wij geen Italiaans praten. Wel heel bijzonder aardige mensen.
