Erster Stock: Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Naturstein-Kamin und Küchenzeile. Zwei Doppelzimmer, zwei Privatbadezimmer mit Dusche. Möglichkeit, ein Schlafsofa im größten Schlafzimmer hinzuzufügen. Von den Fenstern der Schlafzimmer blickt man auf den zentralen Bereich des Landgutes und auf das Wohnhaus der Besitzer.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Fattoria Pogni for a week in early July.
The location is ideal to explore all of Tuscany. In eays day-trips, we covered Florence, Sienna, Pisa and the Montalcino/Montepulciano regions.
The property itself is wonderful - our two bedroom unit was well appointed and the grounds are very nice; with a lovely pool, tennis court and field for the kids to run around in.
Massimo (the owner) is extremely gracious and helpful. He had gifted us a few 'starter' items like olive oil, some fruit and wine. He was able to provide excellent dining recommendations on the evenings when we felt like going out (both casual dining and fine dining) and he is around to answer other questions you may have.
