Beschreibung der Unterkunft

Pozzonovo ist ein altes Bauernhaus in 3 komfortable Wohnungen unterteilt und ist das Ergebnis der geschickten und sorgfältigen Renovierung eines Steingebäudes. Die drei Einheiten haben unabhängige Eingänge und im Garten einen eigenen Bereich mit Tisch, Stühlen, Sonnenschirm und Grill ausgestattet, ideal für Ihre Mahlzeiten im Freien zu genießen.
Der Bauernhof befindet sich inmitten der Landschaft des Valdichiana und gleichzeitig in der Nähe des Dorfes Castiglion Fiorentino, das in einem Spaziergang von ca. 1,5 km leicht zu erreichen ist. Vom Bahnhof in Castiglion Fiorentino aus können Sie bequem mit dem Zug Tagesausflüge nach Florenz, Rom und anderen interessanten Städten in Mittelitalien unternehmen.
Wir empfehlen Ihnen, in das Leben des kleinen Dorfes mit seinen Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants einzutauchen; Sie werden einen Einblick in das Landleben bekommen, das noch an alte Traditionen und Bräuche anknüpft.
Die Steinmauern, Holz- und Ziegeldecken und die einfache, aber komfortable Einrichtung verleihen den Wohnungen einen besonderen Charme. Sie werden sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlen, empfangen von einer warmen Atmosphäre und von Frau Rita, der Eigentümerin, die immer bereit ist, ihren Gästen in Zeiten der Not zu helfen.
Gemeinsam mit der Eigentümerin können Sie den großen Außenbereich nutzen, ein kühles, großes Schwimmbad von 6 x 12 m (Tiefe 0,90-1,40 m - geöffnet vom 01. Mai bis 30. September), das sich vor dem Haus befindet, den Badmintonplatz, die Tischtennisplatte und den Bouleplatz.

Een heerlijke woning in een pracht omgeving. Plaats waar men volledig kan ontspannen en die van vele extras is voorzien. Ontzettend lieve gastvrouw die behulpzaam is. Erg ruim van opzet.

E' stato davvero una permanenza di tutto rispetto. La struttura è accogliente e ben tenuta. Sia la piscina che il giardino. Nonostante avessero avuto difficoltà visto un temporale passato da poco, devo dire che ho trovato tutto perfetto. L'accoglienza è ottima. Ho adorato permanere in questa tenuta. La casa Susino, dove ho alloggiato, è posta al primo piano di una scalinata esterna. La casetta è completa di tutto per la cucina. Camera da letto e bagno assolutamente accoglienti e puliti. Siamo stati anche con il mio cagnolino che è stato ben accetto e coccolato.
C'è la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno della struttura chiusa con cancello elettrico. E' posizionato in un posto tranquillo, in campagna, Ma si trova vicino al paese, raggiungibile anche a piedi con una bella passeggiata. Noi ci siamo spostati con l'auto e abbiamo trovato qualsiasi cosa in pochi minuti.
Non trovo alcuna puntualizzazione da evidenziare, anzi, consiglio solo di andarci se vi trovate in zona.
Conto di tornarci se e quando avrò necessità.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] It was truly a very respectable stay. The property is welcoming and well-kept. Both the pool and the garden. Although they had some difficulties due to a storm that had recently passed, I must say that everything was perfect. The welcome is excellent. I loved staying on this estate. The Susino unit, where I stayed, is located on the first floor over an external staircase. The house is complete with everything for the kitchen. The bedroom and bathroom are absolutely welcoming and clean. We also stayed with my little dog who was welcome and pampered.
There is the possibility of parking the car inside the property closed with an electric gate. It is located in a quiet place, in the countryside, but it is close to the village, also reachable on foot with a nice walk. We moved by car and found everything in a few minutes.
I do not find anything to improve, on the contrary, I only recommend going there if you are in the area.
I plan to return if and when I need it.

Eine Unterkunft inmitten eines tollen Gartens, mit einer sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung selbst ist authentisch pragmatisch, aber völlig ausreichend wenn man plant, seine Zeit Draußen zu verbringen. Der Garten ist top gepflegt mit Pool, Hängematten, Boulebahn und Tischtennisplatte.

The flat itself is authentically pragmatic, but perfectly adequate if you plan to spend your time outside. The garden is well maintained with a pool, hammocks, boules court and table tennis table.

The house was up the stairs, no balcony to sit on. The garden and swimmingpool were good. The bed was terrible and the kitchen utilities were old!

The location of the property was amazing, it was a short walk to Castiglion Fiorentino. We stayed there a week with our 10 months old and everything was perfect. The owner even lent us the chair he used for his grandchildren. He did not speak english but we managed to understand each other just fine! The pool and grounds are well kept and beautiful. Inside it is basic but perfect for the price and everything you need is there :)

Sorry it has taken so long to write this review - i'm having a massive paperwork tidy-up!
We had a lovely stay at Pozzonovo. The apartment was not luxurious but we were not expecting it to be and it was clean and comfortable. The host and his wife were very friendly and though they didn't really speak much English we managed to communicate quite well through sign language and my GCSE Italian! We particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden with all the fruit trees, swimming pool, table tennis and boules court. There was plenty of space for visitors from the different apartments. The apartments were also very convenient to the train station at Castiglion Fiorentino. This meant we were able to take trips to Florence, Arezzo and Cortona by train, rather than having to take the car.
