Schönes Landgut mit 3 gemütlichen Wohnungen in einem landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb auf den florentinischen Hügeln gelegen. Die gut eingerichteten und gemütlichen Ferienwohnungen bieten den Gästen einen privaten und ausgestatteten Außenbereich, einen großen, gemeinschaftlichen Bereich. Die Besitzer wohnen auf dem gleichen Grundstück und sie führen den landwirtschaftlichen Familienbetrieb. Wein, Olivenöl und alle Lebensmittelprodukte aus der Cinta Senese
(für ihres hochwertiges Schweinefleisch bekannt) werden hier produziert.
Die Zufahrtstrasse ist unasphaltiert, aber in gutem Zustand.
Entfernungen: Chiesanuova mit Lebensmittelgeschäften und kleine Gaststätte ist nur 300 m von der ersten Gruppe der Ferienwohnungen und 800 m von der zweiten Gruppe entfernt, San Casciano mit mehreren Geschäften 5 Km, Florenz 8 Km, Siena 50 Km, Pisa und Lucca 70 Km, Arezzo 80 Km.

Massanera may be the best place we have ever stayed. Our host Carlo is one of a kind. At the age of 80 he is still working the farm every day but he finds a lot of time to interact with his guests. We stayed 8 nights and Carlo treated us two nights to dinners with him and other guests at Massanera. Carlos speaks at least four languages so the guests from various places can interact. Marco, who works for Carlo, did a great job cooking the dinners. We all sat at a long table, eating mostly foods grown on his farm - wild pig, deer, wine, olive oil, prociutto, limoncello, and more I have probably forgotten. Massanera wine is very good. A feast!

We met Carlo and his wife. They were so lovely, welcoming, engaging and excellent hosts. Carlo's wife cooked dinner for us from everything in their farm. We had antelope, pasta, bruschetta, fried vegetables, pasta and their own wine. I am now a fan of Massanera's Chianti Classico! The villa was beautiful, immaculate and just right for our needs. The area was very scenic and the pool was refreshing. Our hosts were very accommodating, accessible and answered our many questions and gave us suggestions for groceries and restaurants. I am recommending this villa to our friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay in chiesanuova very much. The proximity of Firenze is very convenient. The view from the house and the pool is fabulous. We really enjoyed the diner that the owners prepared for all guests. A minus is the fact that the pool area is unavailable after 7 pm.

The property is ideal for a family holiday . Its well maintained but still has original features. The view from the terrace is stunning . The owner Carlo , is very helpful without being intrusive . The wine he produces is lovely. i would recommend this property highly

We were a family of five, and found the villa very home-y. We enjoyed the villa environment due to the privacy we received from the spacious villas on the land. The pool was a big hit even for the older children, and was a very calm place to sit down and relax. The owner of the villas was very kind and friendly, and invited us and the other guests to a nice seafood dinner on the last day. The property is located not too far from the city in order to site-see, but not too close to feel the heat. We will definitely visit the villa again.
