The apartment, with a contemporary design, also boasts a large living room, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a flat-screen satellite TV. The bathroom is equipped with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer, to ensure an experience of relaxation and well-being.

With the payment of the Agency Fee all travellers benefit from the Allianz TRAVEL EASY policy covering Cancellation, Medical Expenses, Travel Assistance and loss/damage to Luggage and the RARO CARE Service covering any accidental damage to the property.

Dienstleistungen im Auftrag von Hauseigentümern bzw. -verwaltern Agenturen, Reiseveranstaltern und Hotels; Easy Reserve Limited übernimmt keine Haftung, falls die Mieter oder ihre Mitreisenden während des Ferienaufenthalts direkten oder indirekten Schaden, Unfall, Diebstahl oder Raub erleiden, sowohl im angemieteten Ferienhaus als auch anderswo.
Check-in must take place between 15:00 and 20:00, while check-out must take place between 08:00 and 10:00.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- The daily rearrangement of all the rooms will be carried out from 10.00 to 13.00 with the change of towels;
- change of bed linen is every 3 nights.
- Please inform Santo Stefano Raro Rooms of your expected arrival time at least 2 days in advance.
- Children are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed.
It is mandatory the payment of € 5.00 per room as a non-refundable security deposit to cover damages up to € 100.00.
All travellers benefit, with the payment of the 6% Agency Fee, from the RARO CARE service covering Cancellation and any accidental damage to the property.
With RARO CARE Service you will be covered for any damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00

Der Restbetrag ist 45 Tage vor Ankunftsdatum fällig.
Bei Last-Minute Buchungen (innerhalb von 45 Tagen vor Anreisetag) ist der Gesamtbetrag direkt bei der Buchung fällig, falls es in den Buchungsbedingungen der Unterkunft nicht anders erwähnt ist.
Bei der Stornierung einer Buchung (sofern in den Buchungsbedingungen nicht anders angegeben), auch wenn sie durch eine andere ersetzt wird, fallen die folgenden Stornogebühren an:
- der prozentuale Anteil des Gesamtmietpreises, der bei Buchungsabschluss als Anzahlung gezahlt wurde, bei Stornierung ab Buchungsdatum bis 46 Tage vor Mietbeginn;
- 100% des Gesamtmietpreises bei Stornierungen ab 45 Tagen vor Mietbeginn oder bei Nicht-Anreise.
