Corte dei Granai is a historic residence in the center of Maglie with 16 rooms, a swimming pool, and exclusive suites, a perfect location to relax and a strategic point to discover Salento.-
The Maestrale room is the only room that has ancient sloping roofs made with typical local woven reeds. It is on two levels where the ground floor has a bathroom area, equipped with a private shower, and a living area equipped with a television and a comfortable sofa, while the upper floor has a sleeping area with a double bed. Large and spacious, the Maestrale has many typical elements of the Apulian culture, in fact in addition to the sloping roof, and the predominant Lecce stone, it has references to the rose windows of typical Apulian churches.

Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- The daily rearrangement of all the rooms will be carried out from 10.00 to 13.00 with the change of towels;

- Bathroom linen per person: 1x face sponge, 1x bidet sponge, 1x shower sponge, 1x bathrobe, 1x pool towel;
It is mandatory the payment of € 5.00 per room as a non-refundable security deposit to cover damages up to € 100.00.

Bei Last-Minute Buchungen (innerhalb von 45 Tagen vor Anreisetag) ist der Gesamtbetrag direkt bei der Buchung fällig, falls es in den Buchungsbedingungen der Unterkunft nicht anders erwähnt ist.
Bei der Stornierung einer Buchung (sofern in den Buchungsbedingungen nicht anders angegeben), auch wenn sie durch eine andere ersetzt wird, fallen die folgenden Stornogebühren an:
- der prozentuale Anteil des Gesamtmietpreises, der bei Buchungsabschluss als Anzahlung gezahlt wurde, bei Stornierung ab Buchungsdatum bis 46 Tage vor Mietbeginn;
- 100% des Gesamtmietpreises bei Stornierungen ab 45 Tagen vor Mietbeginn oder bei Nicht-Anreise.
