Today it becomes a Villa for exclusive use for holidays in Salento in a unique and authentic context, where every space is designed to make your stay with friends and relatives memorable.

The strong reference to history is evident from some evidence of the past: a large wood-burning oven, an ancient fireplace and part of the historic walls

Reaching Relais Masseria Capasa is simple, you will find most of the road easily passable, the last stretch of road near the Masseria will be cobbled.

From this road it is possible to visit the historic center of Lecce in just 20 minutes or, on the other side, the marvelous beaches of Otranto.

Elegance, authenticity and attention to detail blend with tradition, where each space takes on its own identity.

Even the choice of furnishings is not casual, each room has its own personality.

The light colors dominate the interior, thanks to this the property is very bright.

The uniqueness of the Masseria is not only in its style but also in its position it is surrounded by an extensive green area, inside a courtyard sheltered from prying eyes is the swimming pool, adjacent to it you will also find a small Jacuzzi surrounded by stone, the curvilinear swimming pool measures approximately 40 m2 with a depth of 1.50 m (skimmer)

The paving used for the exterior is in stone, on the side of the pool you will find the shower and sun loungers, the courtyard is surrounded by fruit trees, olive trees and aromatic plants.
