Villa Trullo Agapanto is a villa with a prestigious trullo with swimming pool in the heart of the Valle d'Itria, a few km away from the sea and completely immersed in the greenery of the olive trees.
Excellent location, in Contrada Recupero Ceglie Messapica, on the road to Martina Franca. It is located in a strategic position among the most beautiful villages in the Itria Valley such as Ostuni, Cisternino, Martina Franca, Locorotondo.

The villa is just a few km from the airports of Brindisi and Bari which can be reached in less than an hour.
The structure is arranged on one level with 240 m2 of interior space and 1.5 hectares of land; it has 7 bedrooms, 5 (there are 3 in the photos) bathrooms, a kitchen and various relaxation areas, both internal and external. The large built area has made it possible to create four independent housing units that can accommodate up to 15 people overall.

Villa Trullo Agapanto is a villa , with a prestigious trullo with swimming pool in the heart of the Valle d'Itria, a few km from the sea and completely immersed in the greenery of the olive trees.
Excellent location, in Contrada Recupero Ceglie Messapica, on the road to Martina Franca. It is located in a strategic position among the most beautiful villages in the Itria Valley such as Ostuni, Cisternino, Martina Franca, Locorotondo.

Villa Agapanto with its 240 square meters of interiors, spread over 1 level, with 3 independent housing units, therefore with separate entrances.

The villa consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are en suite.

One of the characteristics of Villa Agapanto, in addition to a splendid panoramic view of the Valle d'Itria which can also be admired while having lunch on a large covered terrace, is undoubtedly the 40 m2 swimming pool, positioned adjacent to the main structure. The entrance to the pool area takes place through a tree-lined driveway surrounded by land and vegetation, all cared for down to the smallest detail and with extreme care.
BEDROOMS

The first bedroom features a queen size bed and an antique dresser; the walls are all in local stone, which make these rooms very fresh and give the room a delicate whiteness. This first bedroom overlooks a covered veranda, which has a dining table and 2 comfortable armchairs, an ideal situation for relaxing in the shade while reading a good book or sipping a glass of wine.
The first bathroom, with local stone walls, has a toilet, bidet, sink and bathtub. the peculiarity of this bathroom is undoubtedly the presence of the stone which also makes up the tub and the sink.

The second bedroom with 2 single beds, with local stone walls; furnished with extreme elegance and with attention to the balance between old and new.

The third double bedroom, with local stone walls, furnished with warmer colors such as yellow and orange, which give the room a more Mediterranean atmosphere.

A special feature of Villa Agapanto is the fourth bedroom. This environment is characterized by the presence of a small kitchen, a dining table, a sofa and a fireplace; what separates the bedroom from the living area is an elegant orange tending to beige curtain.
The flooring in this environment is in bondi blue ceramic with orange references that create harmony between all the elements of this environment.
This fifth independent room has a garden with patio.

The fifth bedroom with ensuite bathroom, is not characterized by local stone walls, has a double bed, two wicker bedside tables and is decorated in
beige and water green; the private bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet furnished with ceramics in shades of blue and marine green.
This room has a comfortable covered veranda with a wooden structure, where there is a table with 4 seats and garden furniture including a comfortable wicker deck chair.
