In the heart of the Tuscan countryside, not far from Arezzo, Florence, Siena and the Chianti area, this property immersed in the luxurious green of a 3-hectare botanical garden, Fattoria Della Nave is the ideal place to rest and for nature lovers.
The botanical garden make this property UNIQUE. The Parco Della Nave is an "English" garden , which means a garden free in forms and arrangements, projected and created after the mid-Eighteenth Century by the botanic Ferdinando Della Nave. Various species of exotic plants from colonial domains were introduced into European florist markets in 18th and 19th Centuries: the Parco Della Nave is a typical demonstration of a private and very interesting Botanic Collection now part of the National patrimony.
Our units are dislocated in a 18th Century Villa and in the ancient "casale" (old farmhouse), which are fully restored according to the typical Tuscan style. The property offer a quiet place to rest and enjoy one's holiday immersed in the Tuscan countryside. Pool area, BBQ and a common hall for tastings and cooking school are just some of the features that this property offers.

The Cottage is located in the property of the Fattoria Della Nave's botanical park (1857). Set in idyllic surroundings in the Tuscan countryside between Arezzo and Florence, is the perfect destination for complete relaxation and privacy.
The cottage is detached from the farmhouse, with a private veranda covered with beautiful wisterias. The unit is self catered with kitchen and dining area and indoor sitting area. The bedrooms (one double and one twin) have a splendid view on the hills and the vineyards and can guarantee a restful stay. Bathroom with shower and laundry facilities available.

Perfect location - quiet and secluded in the countryside, but close to the motorway to explore Florence and other Italian cities. Lovely hosts, nice and clean cottage. Nice pool to cool down. Downside: Too many mosquitoes and the kitchen was very basic, lack of air con.

Locatie is zoals de foto's onthullen, uit een sprookje gegrepen. De voorzieningen in het huisje zijn basic maar voor vakantie voldoende. Bedden zijn goed alhoewel voor mij (1.90mtr) iets te klein. 's-Avonds vertoeven onder de blauwe regenstruik is natuur het allermooiste. Daarom zou de eigenaar er goed aan doen een een gemakkelijker bankje met comfortabelere stoelen neer te zetten. Tenslotte zou ik het hele gedeelte voor de ingang voorzien van een houten vlonder omdat de grond heel drassig en vies wordt bij regen. De contactpersoon is super vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Tijdens vakantie via Whatsapp contact voor vragen en direct antwoord. Helaas is de het wifi signaal op het park onvoldoende toereikend voor het huisje. Voor wie rust wil is dit een absolute aanrader.

Beds are good although for me (1.90mtr) a bit too small. In the evening, staying under the wisteria bush is nature's most beautiful. That is why the owner would do well to put down an easier bench with more comfortable chairs. Finally, I would provide the entire area in front of the entrance with a wooden deck because the ground becomes very swampy and dirty when it rains.
