Villa Cristina is a beautiful residence recently built, completed in 2016 and located near the cities of Ostuni and Carovigno.
Set in an 8000 sqm plot, the villa boasts a variety of trees and shrubs, including an expanse of olive trees, which contribute to creating a charming and lush environment.
Inside, stands out a spacious kitchen and dining room, characterized by a magnificent fireplace ideal for cooler evenings. The kitchen, made entirely of masonry to respect the rustic style of the house, offers a unique mix of ancient and modern, giving the villa a special charm.
The dining area has a large table for 12 people and is bathed in natural light thanks to the large windows overlooking the gardens and the pool. In the living room, a comfortable leather corner sofa invites you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation in front of the fireplace.
The villa has three double bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, all accessible from the living room. Outside, a stone barbecue allows you to organize barbecues during the hot summer evenings, while the pool (8m x 5m and 1.2 m) offers an enchanting view.

The town of Ostuni is surrounded by a medieval fortress wall, and as you meander through the streets, you may stumble upon hidden cafe bars and restaurants. Definitely worth visiting at night, as there is a buzz of excitement, and people sipping coffee and drinking Spritz - just imagine sitting and watching the world go by, and also the Italian's who are always deep in conversation, with animated hand gestures. Great food, always great coffee, steeped in history, with lots to do for the whole family.

Short tourist rental pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely or at check-in.
-There are strict local laws about recycling and if the rubbish is not sorted accordingly it will not be picked up. After a first warning, the owner of the property is fined. Please recycle cardboard/paper, plastic, aluminium and glass into the correct recycling bins.
- Access to the villa must compulsorily take place after the staff has completed the sanitization and therefore not before 5pm.
The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- ** once a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of clients
In the high season the weekly cleaning will be carried out mainly on Saturday.

This a beautiful villa for a secluded getaway. We arrived late but was in constant communication with the villa rep Maria who arranged for someone to meet us at the villa. Local amenities are only a short drive away, and while I’m on the subject of driving, please do not hire an electric vehicle while you are on holiday. Charging points are seriously difficult to find and when you do it is hit and miss if they are working. We ended up changing our vehicle mid holiday for a diesel vehicle. Apart from that we had a fabulous time and our favourite place to visit was Ostuni. Will definitely be back in the near future.
