Villa Fabbroni is a beautiful property. the villa is very clean and comfortable I would difinitely stay there again!

I would certainly recommend Villa Fiorenzani. Radicondoli is an ideal location, a village with a lot of character. The villa is very spacious and comfortable, with everything you need. A car is very useful though if you want to see the surrounding areas. Many of those villages dotted around are definately worth a visit. I think a visit to Tuscany has to be on everyone's list!

The Villa is well located - just far enough off the A1 to assure the pleasure of rural Italy while close enough to good grocery shopping and tons of "tourist" things to do. The area has an unending variety of interesting things to do. We especially enjoyed driving the "back roads" in the area. The accomodations at the villa are wonderful. We were most appreciative of the one bedroom on the first level with wheelchair access, for one of our friends. The hosts, Lorenzo and his mother, were most gracious and very accomodating. The only difficult part of our stay was tearing ourselves away from the Villa each day to visit the local sights.

This villa is in a beautiful location and the quality of the property is excellent. It is tranquil and the evening in particular wonderful with fabulous views over the mountains. There is a quarry on the mountain opposite, but don't let this put you off, it is very unobstrusive. It takes about 1/2 an hour to get to Lucca which is a wonerful town and the trains to Pisa and Florence are cheap and regular. We would certainly return to this property again.

Lovely villa and owner - but dont go if you dont like the sound of dogs howling from nearby dog kennel! We jsut wanted to leave the villa every day to escape!

Comfortable villa in beautiful garden and grounds. An ideal base for exploring Tuscany, but head inland rather than for the coast. The villa is located in grounds with a vineyard and olive groves, and has sea views from the main bedroom - could have made more of this in the description.

The villa is situated in a small village full of friendly Italian people who are only to happy to make you feel welcome. There are excellent restaurants nearby and many places to visit. It is easy to get to Florence for a dys excursion from the villa.
