What a fantastic time we had at Villa San Giuseppe - Giuditta was so welcoming and had thought of everything to make our holiday a complete pleasure. The villa is in a stunning spot with great views and gets a gentle breeze which was just lovely in the summer. All the rooms are beautifully kept and furnished and the garden is also immaculate. The whole house and garden has been very well planned and thought out to accommodate large groups and we all enjoyed the lovely pool and the spacious outside seating areas. Some of us cycled and ran from the house and strolled into the woods. Subbiano is very convenient for provisions and there are lovely day trips to the surrounding towns, all of which were charming. We had a budding photographer with us who especially enjoyed the great night skies and beautiful photo opportunities of towns and countryside alike! sehr schönes Haus, sehr gepflegt, alles hat funktioniert, sehr zu empfehlen!!!
leider etwas harte Betten und ein bisschen Lärm von der Straße

Pas facile d'accès, mobilier de jardin vétuste !!!Les abords de la piscine négligés ( pavements descellés ...) points positifs : l'accueil, la sympathie de la propriétaire,la vue magnifique

Great place to stay and relax, at the pool an unbelievable beautiful view of the area.The people are friendly and helpfull. Great place to escape the hectics of home.

We stayed in one of the apartments for a week in July and absolutely loved it. The location was ideal for us as we love to walk and the 5km up the hill to Cortona was a great way to see the wonderful views across the Vale d'orcia and the exercise justified all the fabulous food we ate are the many cafes and restaurants. The staff were all really courteous and helpful and we were welcomed like old friends. One staff member went out of her way to give a lift to one of our party who could not do the uphill trek. The apartments are not posh but they are comfortable and we liked being able to do our own thing for meals rather than eating at the hotel all the time.
The villa is very well situated to go and visit lots of other places and the pool is a welcome sight at the end of a long hot day.
We had a couple of minor issues with a broken hairdryer and the power supply but you expect these things in an older building and we were not too inconvenienced. I would definitely go back there again.

Absolutely perfect in every way. Delightful owners, view to die for, spacious, comfortable, everything you need for a wonderful Tuscan holiday. Would recommend to anyone, we will certainly be returning
