STAY HERE! This apartment was absolutely perfect. I stayed here for a full week and loved it. the only flaw is that it is located on the top floor, so you have to "hike" the stairs to get to it, but it really wasn't an issue for me. Once you get inside and see the wonderful view of the Duomo, the climb is forgiven. Pros = AMAZING air conditioning (the apartment was so nice and cold which is critical after being outside in the heat). The bed was so comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets. The view was spectacular. At night the Duomo glows and you can hear the beautiful bell tower. It was very quiet at night, absolutely no noise from the street or neighbors (I’m a very light sleeper). It was very clean and smelled very clean. Full amenities including a full kitchen. You are also in the heart of the city (2 blocks from the city center, 7min walk to stain station, 1 block from Medici palace, 1 block from the academia where the David statue is, 10min walk from the river and Uffizi museum, and seconds away from food, wine, and gelato). Florence is fantastic, but it is hot, kind of dusty, and hectic due to tourism so having a “getaway” apartment like this that feels like home away from home is so nice! If you don’t have any physical issues and can climb the stairs I highly suggest staying here, I know I will when I visit again.

The villa was a great place to spend family time together. It’s a perfect mix of country side and amenities. The hosts are very polite and always ready to help. The restaurant (serves only dinner and weekends only) is a delight and even if not staying can be visited.

My stay was absolutely amazing! I was blown away by the amenities and the hospitality. The place is quite close to the Urbino city center (about a 10 minute drive away) and it offers an amazing view of the countryside. There's even an illuminated pool in the backyard! There were several students staying at the place when I visited, and I had a lovely time eating & chatting with them. The little touches should also be mentioned: food (ham paninis & apples) was provided my first night;

Zweckmäßig, sauber und dank eines Wintergartens und einer windgeschützten Terasse kann man sehr viel Zeit im freien Verbringen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Casa Luciana is a gorgeous villa with everything you could possibly desire for the perfect family or group holiday. We especially enjoyed the outside kitchen and dining room, the beautiful pool, and the warm hospitality of the owner. We hope to be back!

fantastic villa,ideal location for peace and quite and a great base for exploring surrounding area .Very clean and tidy inside and out ,lovely pool area ,very friendly owners, would highly recommend.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Villa Londa. The views, the villa and the amenities were all great. It is a long and winded road up to get to it, but it's completely worth it. The grounds keeper, however, was rude which takes away from the experience in the few interactions you have with him.
