Das Haus war liebevoll eingerichtet, zwei komplett ausgestattete Küchenmit Ofen, Induktionsherden, Geschirrspülern und großenKühl-Gefierkombis.
Die Anreise ist etwas mühsam, da man 12 Minuten bis zur nächsten asphaltierten Straße braucht und 30 Minuten bis zum nächsten Supermarkt. Dafür ist es oben in den Bergen auch bei heißen Temperaturen im Tal immer noch erfrischend luftig.
Der großzügige Pool war toll gepflegt, der Blick in die Ebene atemberaubend.

The house was lovingly furnished, with two fully equipped kitchens featuring ovens, induction stoves, dishwashers, and large refrigerators.
The journey is a bit arduous, as it takes 12 minutes to reach the nearest paved road and 30 minutes to reach the nearest supermarket. However, up in the mountains, even when the temperatures are hot in the valley, it's still refreshingly breezy.
The spacious pool was beautifully maintained, and the view of the plain was breathtaking.

The apartment and grounds are absolutely beautiful—comfortable, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. It’s thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need: cookware, coffee supplies, laundry essentials, and even wine glasses. Our family of four felt right at home.
The pool was amazing, and the views were so stunning that no photo could truly capture them. Our host greeted us upon arrival, gave us a tour of the apartment and grounds, and shared fantastic recommendations for wine tasting and dining.
The only minor downsides were that the upstairs AC didn’t get quite as cool as we would have liked, and the mosquitos were relentless. Still, we had a wonderful stay—and I would happily return!

Een heerlijk rustig gelegen locatie als perfect middelpunt om in een paar minuten op alle belangrijkste locaties te kunnen zijn. Het appartement biedt alles wat je tijdens je verblijf nodig hebt en het is erg fijn dat je de auto veilig en apart geparkeerd in de garage onder het complex kan neerzetten. De eigenaren van het appartement zijn zeer aardig en uiterst hulpvol die je ten allertijden voor al je vragen kan aanspreken.

The apartment offers everything you need during your stay, and it's very convenient that you can park your car safely and separately in the garage underneath the complex. The apartment owners are very friendly and extremely helpful, and you can always contact them with any questions you may have.

Exceeded our expectations. Excellent property to experience the Italian way of life. Coffee in the morning under the wisteria and dinner in the evening. Pool was refreshing. Loved the outdoor showers. 11 people stayed here comfortably. I can not say enough about this charming, amazing property. So relaxing. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Everything you need is right here. Book with confidence. Train station close by.

We hebben een heel fijn rustig verblijf gehad in Villa Barbara. Een heerlijke ruime villa met heel mooi zwembad en een prachtig uitzicht kilometers ver over Toscane. Op diverse plekken zijn leuke zitjes gemaakt of lekkere loungeplekken. De keuken is wat donker, maar daarom ook wel lekker koel.
De laatste 3 kilometer naar de Villa is wel wat lastiger te rijden. Je hebt dan ook wel een geschikte auto nodig. Het is een prima uitvalsbasis naar diverse mooie steden en dorpjes in Toscane en er zijn ook voldoende restaurantjes in de omgeving.
De eigenaar is erg behulpzaam en goed bereikbaar.

It's a lovely, spacious villa with a beautiful pool and stunning views stretching for miles across Tuscany. There are cozy seating areas and comfortable lounge areas in various spots. The kitchen is a bit dark, but that's why it's nice and cool.
The last 3 kilometers to the villa are a bit more challenging to drive, so you'll need a suitable car. It's an excellent base for exploring several beautiful towns and villages in Tuscany, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area.
The owner is very helpful and easily accessible.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt auf dem sehr gepflegten Anwesen mit tollem Pool. Ein wunderbar ruhiger Garten in dem jedes Appartment seinen eigenen privaten Bereich hatte.
Der Vermieter war sehr herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und stand jederzeit für Rückfragen zur Verfügung. Trotz der ruhigen Lage war das idyllische Cortona mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

The landlord was very welcoming, attentive, and helpful, and was always available to answer any questions. Despite the quiet location, the idyllic town of Cortona was a 10-minute drive away.
