The villa is in a complex that comprises other two properties, and from here you can enjoy beautiful views over the sea.
It has a swimming pool, outdoor showers, garden, BBQ and parking area and these facilities are shared among the guests of the three housing units.
The owners live on the ground floor of the villa and they will be at your disposal, if you want, for any advice or basic needs.

Apartment Amina is a lovely and cozy apartment located in the center of Sorrento in an elegant condo with shared swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September), and large courtyards.
The apartment is within walking distance to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and everything you need. From here you can easily walk to the historic Sorrento old town.
Apartment Amina is situated on the ground floor and it is accessible by stairs, it consists of a large living room with a comfy sofa, air conditioning, a dining area with a table for 4 people, a TV and from here you have access to the large terrace that surrounds the apartment and is fitted with outdoor table and chairs where you can relax sipping a drink or enjoying al fresco dining.

The apartment is located in a strategic position from where within short walking distance you can reach the beaches where you can find private bathing establishments equipped to spend a nice relaxing day at the sea.

For this reason, a car is not necessary during your stay, however should you prefer to rent one there is a private parking only 50 m. from the apartment which costs approx. 20 €.

This villa has been recently finely renovated, with top quality materials and hi-tech equipments. It is situated in Marina del Cantone in Massa Lubrense between Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. By the way, a cook can be at your disposal (on request at an extra cost)
In the living room there is a bathroom for the guests.
All bedrooms are on the upper floors of the villa and they have an en-suite bathroom. Furthermore all of them are provided with orthopedic mattresses, in 2 bedrooms there are memory form mattresses, in 3 of the bedrooms there is safe as well and 4 bedrooms are provided with minibars. Finally, in 4 bedrooms there is a king-size bed, while in 1 bedroom there is a queen- size bed.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with all comforts; 1 bedroom is provided with a Jacuzzi and offers the opportunity of experiencing the chromo-therapy. The rooms on this level have a comfortable and beautiful living area with sofa. Das Anwesen war ursprünglich ein Bauernhaus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert und wurde mit lokalen Steinen liebevoll restauriert, wobei es mit modernem Komfort ausgestattet wurde und historischen Charakter mit zeitgenössischer Eleganz verbindet. Eine Mindestaufenthaltsdauer von 5 Nächten ist erforderlich, verlängert sich auf 7 Nächte für Ankünfte zwischen dem 12. Juli und dem 22. August. It is immersed in the Sicilian countryside, and is surrounded by a well-kept garden and large, equipped terraces, allowing amazing, panoramic views over the surrounding landscape and the sea.

Casa "2 Ulivi" liegt im Dorf Termini an der Spitze der Sorrentinischen Halbinsel in Massa Lubrense, Italien. Das sonnige und geräumige Haus ist massiv gebaut und schön dekoriert mit freiliegenden Holzbalken, traditionellen Terrakottafliesen und einer geschmackvollen Mischung aus Landhaus- und Vintage-Möbeln. Der offene Wohn- und Essbereich wird von einem großen Kamin mit offenem Herd dominiert und verfügt über einen Esstisch für 12 Gäste. Die gut ausgestattete Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Elektroherd und Geschirrspülmaschine ausgestattet. Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Gäste in 3 Schlafzimmern: ein Doppelzimmer mit direktem Zugang zur Panoramaterrasse, ein Zweibettzimmer, das in ein Doppelzimmer umgewandelt werden kann, und ein kleineres Zweibettzimmer, alle mit 2 Bädern mit Dusche. Der Vorgarten ist mit Stein gepflastert und mit Rasen angelegt, umgeben von Oliven- und Obstbäumen. Im Zentrum befindet sich ein kleines Tauchbecken von 3 x 3 Metern, das den Gästen vom 15. April bis 31. Oktober zur Verfügung steht. Der Garten ist mit einem Steinbarbecue, einem Außentisch mit Stühlen und Sonnenliegen ausgestattet; eine Außendusche ergänzt den Außenbereich. Ein Dachsolarium bietet zusätzliche Außenflächen mit weiten Ausblicken. Die Panoramaterrassen, einschließlich der vom Doppelzimmer direkt zugänglichen Terrasse, stehen den Gästen zur ausschließlichen Nutzung zur Verfügung.

Check-in ist von 15:00 bis 20:00 Uhr möglich. Verspätete Ankünfte zwischen 20:00 und 22:00 Uhr müssen im Voraus vereinbart werden.
