Hervorragend 5 /5This was a wonderful holiday, and it is hard to put into words how perfect this property is. We visited as a group of 3 families, 12 of us in total, and Vigna San Giuseppe could not have been better. The location is stunning, with fabulous views, far enough out of the town for perfect peace and quiet (our children aside!), yet an easy 20-ish minute stroll into Subbiano if we wanted to eat out locally in the evening. 20 minutes by train to Arezzo, and so many beautiful places to visit within easy driving distance - Cortona, Siena, Poppi, Lake Trasimeno and more - or the train to Florence.
The pool is wonderful, and the house has all the facilities you could need, plus mountain bikes, table tennis, table football, volleyball - and fresh eggs daily from the chickens!
A word also for our wonderful hosts - Giuditta and her sister Genevra were so welcoming and catered for our every need. They were completely committed to making sure we enjoyed our stay, and we could not have asked for more. If you do stay here, make sure you take up their offer of cooking you a traditional Tuscan meal - absolutely delicious VIP treatment!
