Hervorragend 5 /5Excellent, well-located, spacious, comfortable, well cared for, and spotless villa. Total privacy. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen and dining area. Traditional farmhouse renovated to a very high standard. Beautifully kept garden and plants, lots of surrounding green and shade. Gorgeous swimming pool immersed in olive groves. Walking distance from Palaia, a very pleasant small ridge-top village, with bar, gelateria and several good ristorante. Housekeeper Monia, was very welcoming and helpful throughout. Owner very responsive to our requests. Gardner a real local character who takes great pride in his work. Photos and info on the web-site are accurate. Highly recommended for a family stay.
