Hervorragend 5 /5L'appartamento è molto spazioso e ben fornito, uno dei due bagni è cieco ma comunque molto comodo, in entrambi i bagni ci sono doccia e bidet. Nonostante si affacci su una strada piuttosto trafficata, la casa risulta comunque ben isolata acusticamente. La cucina open space è ben attrezzata, con lavastoviglie e forno. In uno dei due bagni c'è la lavatrice. Proprietaria molto disponibile. Unico neo il parcheggio, bisogna sostare nei parcheggi lungo la strada che sono tutti a pagamento e praticamente sempre occupati, spesso si trova posto solo a diverse centinaia di metri dalla casa.
